 E. Richard Bridgeforth, Sr., was ordained to minister the gospel of Jesus Christ on June 23, 1966 and became a member of International Minister's Forum, founded by Rev. Louise Copeland. The federal government recognizes International Minister's Forum as an Ecclesiastical Fellowship, which has been in existence since August 18, 1950.

In 2005 E. Richard Bridgeforth, Sr. established World Prophetic Outreach Ministries, a ministry of evangelistic efforts to minister and teach the infallible, prophetic and uncompromising Word of God throughout the world! Many have written for prayer and as a result many have received healing, deliverance and many other needs met by God.
